Terms of Service

You agree to use temporary numbers only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of each third-party service you verify. You are solely responsible for how you use rented numbers and any verification messages.

SMS delivery depends on the sending service, operator, and number range. SMS Virtual does not guarantee that any specific verification message will arrive or be accepted by a third party.

Activations are purchased as prepaid credits. Prices are charged in GBP through Base44 Payments. The minimum purchase is the 5-activation pack at £2.00.

A rental with no received SMS can be cancelled after two minutes. Approved cancellations return the activation cost to your in-app balance, not to your original payment method. Rentals that received a message cannot be cancelled or refunded.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or use it to abuse the service or create multiple accounts to bypass limits.

Temporary numbers are not permanent and should not be relied on for long-term account recovery. After expiry, access to the number is not guaranteed and the number may be reassigned.

SMS Virtual may update pricing, availability, supported services, and features at any time. Country and service inventory depends on third-party suppliers and can change without notice.
